I prefer a hard copy
version of the course, is one available?
As the website says, only the online instant access digital course is available.
What exactly is a digital
course?

What if I have a slow
or dial up connection? What if I can’t download it?
The file for this course has been compressed or condensed for

the first, the file can also be emailed to you. We will ensure that

I’m not very computer
literate, do I need anything special? What if I can’t figure out how
to download it?
You will not need anything special at all to download or read your
course. The instructions are only to right click on the button with
your mouse and tell it where to save the course. Most people save it in
their “Documents” folder. If you have any problem at all, you can get

Do I need to print it?

What if I use someone
else’s or a public computer?

What if my computer
crashes and I lose the course?

course or put it on another computer, you can just contact us and you
can download it again with no problem!
In addition, part of your purchase includes FREE lifetime
updates any time a new version of the course comes out. We believe
there’s always room for improvement and strive to keep up to date on
all the latest developments. Whenever a version is updated, you will
be entitled to a free copy of the new version.
What if the print is too small and I can't
read it?
Adobe Reader allows you to change the print to as large as you
wish. At the top of the page you will see a percentage number.
If you set it at 100%, that is large enough for most people to see
comfortably. If you would like the print to be larger, you can
set the percentage to 200%, 400% or as large as you want it to be.
How can I get on your website? Will you put my name and my kennel name
on
it?
Just send in your pictures and stories, and we will choose among the best stories and pictures to
include in the new version.
If you give us permission, we will use both your
name and your kennel name on the website.
We plan to use lots of stories and pictures, so
you very well could be chosen. You
and your kennel could become famous!
Why do you ask for my
shipping address?
Well, all our volunteers love to look at where
all over the world our customers live. They love to see that
there is almost no where in the world that our courses are not being
used.
